About the Bootcamp
Are you wanting to improve your fitness level? Then this class is perfect for you! A one hour workout, your choice of one, two or three times per week! All classes targeted for weight loss, toning, strength and general fitness. Beginner to intermediate fitness levels welcomed! Never worked out before?
Do not worry, you have to start somewhere and this is a great opportunity! With all classes designed around working at your own pace there is no reason to feel intimidated! I promote an encouraging, positive, and inclusive atmosphere. Come out and try it, first
